Responsibilities

Signs new logos and grows share of wallet through proactive prospecting and establishing new relationships throughout the firm
Focus on the selling of investment management suite of technology / operations solutions
Build strong relationships across divisions
Identify prospective clients, through the use of cold calling and networking
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement and document sales activities in CRM
Create presentations, proposals and RFP responses
Support sales team members in developing pipeline
Partner with sales executives to support all sales activities
Learn how to coordinate the contract process from initiation to closing

Qualification

B-to-B sales experienceFinancial Services knowledgeCRM proficiencyCold callingPresentation skillsCuriosityProcess orientedActs with urgencyNetworkingSales pipeline development

Required

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in b-to-b sales or client facing role
Knowledge of Financial Services Industry, specifically Asset Management
Curious, process oriented, acts with urgency
Excellent C-level oral, written, and presentation skills
Strong technical foundation; ability to use CRM, Office, social tools, etc
Willingness to travel

Preferred

Interest In / Exposure to complex sales cycles with Executive and Functional level buyers
Identification of prospective clients, through the use of cold calling and networking
Desire to continually educate self on the industries we serve, identify trends and translate them into to opportunities for our solutions
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement and document sales activities in CRM
Create presentations, proposals and RFP responses
Support sales team members In developing pipeline
Partner with sales executives to support all sales activities, allowing this associate to learn the complexities of the sales process
Learn how to coordinate the contract process from initiation to closing
