Sales Manager (Solar)

MTM Recruiting is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for a leading home restoration company dedicated to transforming properties. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, lead a sales team, and build strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand market presence
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with insurance companies, real estate agents, and contractors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth
Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional campaigns and sales materials
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in home restoration sales

Required

5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the home restoration, construction, or related industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of home restoration processes and industry standards is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
