Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the technician team
Assign jobs efficiently to maximize shop productivity and flow
Monitor job quality and ensure all repairs meet our high standards
Be the technical expert and go-to resource for complex diagnostics
Work closely with service advisors to coordinate and prioritize repairs
Track technician performance and support continuous improvement
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance in the shop
Qualification
Required
7-10+ years of experience
