Responsibilities

Produce flows/prototypes with acceptance criteria and a11y notes; validate early; document in Confluence
Specify states, responsiveness, and content; ensure reading order/focus are correct
De-risk complex flows/perf constraints with engineers; propose feasible alternatives
Prepare design QA checklists; support UAT; file/verify defects; curate a prototype library
Track outcome metrics (task success/time, satisfaction); propose evidence-backed improvements
Coordinate with writers/trainers on in-product help & onboarding; version/retire prototypes responsibly
