ITS Logistics is a premier Third-Party Logistics company that provides creative supply chain solutions. They are seeking a Manager of Managed Solutions to drive daily operations, manage vendor relationships, and align transportation, procurement, and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Leads operational execution for one or multiple managed customers

Manages daily vendor relationships, including carriers, 3PLs, and warehouse partners

Oversees procurement processes, ensuring vendor compliance, cost competitiveness, and strong service levels

Leads contract execution, SOW compliance, and account onboarding

Acts as a “ground-level operator” - directly solving problems, escalating issues, and ensuring commitments to customers are met

Collaborates with Brokerage leadership and internal stakeholders to balance resource allocation across accounts

Trains and mentors operations team members in procurement and vendor management practices

Identifies process improvements and helps shape the foundation of the ITS Fulfillment Network

Partners with IT to enhance reporting, visibility, and performance metrics
