They are seeking a proven HR executive to serve as onsite Chief Human Resources Officer, leading HR transformation initiatives and aligning strategies with institutional goals while also acting as a consultant.

Elevate your impact by serving simultaneously as a CHRO and consultant

Lead HR transformation initiatives that improve service delivery, compliance, and employee experience

Design and implement HR strategies and systems that align with institutional goals and strengthen culture

Partner directly with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive change, engagement, and accountability

Stay connected to CampusWorks’ national network of experts and resources while making a lasting impact locally

Expand your reach — leverage your higher education HR expertise while serving as a strategic advisor and change leader

Drive transformation — guide institutions through modernization of HR systems, processes, and culture

Balance leadership and consulting — manage day-to-day HR operations while influencing strategy at the executive level

Qualification

Required

10+ years of progressive HR leadership with at least 5 years as the head of HR in a higher education institution

A proven record of transforming HR services and delivery in higher education

Strong knowledge of HR systems (HCM, ATS, payroll/benefits) and compliance requirements

Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills

Agility to navigate politically sensitive environments and shifting priorities

Preferred

Master's degree and/or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification
