The associate will focus on structuring, negotiating, and documenting secured and unsecured debt finance transactions, while managing project workstreams and collaborating with colleagues and clients.

Required

3-5 years of experience in debt finance transactions

Experience focused on structuring, negotiating and documenting secured and unsecured debt finance transactions with both traditional financial institutions and private credit entities

Experience with sponsor-backed M&A

Experience with common intercreditor and collateral issues in mezzanine, unitranche, and split-lien structures

Ability to independently produce client-ready documents

Ability to manage project workstreams

Ability to work with others on complex transactions

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects

Ability to work successfully within a team through communication and appropriate delegation and supervision

Experience exercising business and professional judgment
