Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to process document requests, approvals, and archiving
Organize and manage project turnover packages within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Learn and assist with document lifecycle workflows in ACC
Help convert paper files into digital archives
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure documentation meets compliance and business standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while being a great team player
Interest in learning cGMP, quality systems, and documentation processes
Clear written and verbal communication skills
A proactive mindset with curiosity to ask questions and solve problems
