Responsibilities

Represent private equity sponsors in M&A transactions and other investment deals

Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents

Supervise and train junior associates involved in transactions

Manage the execution of deals from inception to closing

Provide strategic legal advice to private equity sponsors and portfolio companies

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth transaction processes

Required

4+ years of predominantly private equity experience

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school

Outstanding communication skills

Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple projects
