Responsibilities

Own and lead end-to-end strategy, design, and optimization of Associate GenAI platform algorithms
Serve as the primary thought leader for algorithmic decisions affecting associate productivity
Drive alignment with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business leadership
Integrate cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, GenAI, and advanced ML techniques to improve assistant effectiveness and efficacy
Lead large-scale data analysis to identify opportunities for operational and product improvement
Present complex technical insights to senior leadership in a clear, business-relevant way
Ensure delivery of scalable, robust, and measurable solutions that impact key business outcomes
Mentor and guide junior data scientists and team members

Qualification

Required

6–8+ years of experience in data science and machine learning
Proven leadership experience managing projects or teams in a technical environment
Expertise in advanced ML techniques, GenAI (prompt engineering, RAG, context engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation), and cloud platforms (Azure and GCP)
Strong product acumen combined with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Option 1: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics related field
Option 2: Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field
Option 3: 7 years' experience in an analytics or related field

Preferred

Data science, machine learning, optimization models, PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics
Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R
Supervisory experience
Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch)
