Firefly Aerospace is an end-to-end responsive space transportation company on a mission to enable world-wide operations in space. They are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support the HR department with various tasks and projects, providing hands-on experience in all aspects of HR.

Responsibilities

Assist with new-hire onboarding procedures and orientation preparation

Maintain internal databases and files with employee records

Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed (audits, swag distribution, etc.)

Assist with employee engagement events

Creates content for internal employee bulletin board

Assist the HR staff in filling employment forms and gathering market trends

Be an ambassador for Firefly core values

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
