Responsibilities

Communicates effectively with borrowers and Commercial Relationship Managers to collect necessary information provide status updates while providing a high level of service

Verifies and reviews title reports to ensure appropriate title insurance coverage

Communicates with title companies and coordinates loan closings

Order and analyze title insurance commitment reports, including title exceptions and endorsements. Prepares closing statements and title/escrow instructions

Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and/or ordering of commercial loan documents

Assists with the funding and boarding of loans

Performs quality control review for accuracy for loan documentation and note boarding ensuring consistency within OnPoint guidelines

Creating and maintaining loan files while ensuring compliance with established guidelines and policies
