Responsibilities
Engage with consumers, determine their needs, and offer the appropriate product
Take mortgage loan applications by phone and prepare effective loan proposals
Provide superior customer service
Meet monthly production goals
Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry
Performs assigned duties, under direction of experienced personnel, to gain knowledge and experience required. These duties will involve Homeowner interface and decisioning in real world account management scenarios
Develops a detailed understanding of our customer base
Understands the competitive nature and marketplace of our business
Develops a detailed understanding of the strategies and tactics we use to market to customers
Receives training and performs duties in several functions in order to become familiar with line and staff functions, management viewpoints, company policies, and best practices
Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
Will be required to attend company sponsored training classes and attain certain certifications
Performs related duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Must be current active duty military service member
Received Unit Commander written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of program March 2, 2026
Approved to complete 90-day SkillBridge Fellowship in Coppell, TX
Ability to pass a background check required for state licensing
Persuasive, selling communication skills
Connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner
Work independently with minimal supervision
Highly developed organizational and project/time-management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines
Excel in a team-oriented, collaborative environment while contributing to the creation, design, and implementation of value-add business strategies that affect current operating practices and company policy
Be able to clearly articulate and present ideas and findings to a varied audience, including the operations staff and senior leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in quantitative analysis

Strong business communication skills with an ability to work well in a collaborative environment
