Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of field marketing plans for CellsBin’s platform and offerings
Lead and support a variety of programs across digital, events, webinars, social, advertising, and more
Coordinate with internal teams (product, science, creative, content, PR, sales) to manage integrated campaigns
Organize and manage logistics for industry events and webinars including internal/external communications, speaker prep, and post-event reporting
Research and maintain an accurate database of marketing and sales contacts across biotech, pharma, and academic institutions
Assist with campaign analytics, weekly performance tracking, and reporting
Contribute ideas for content, messaging, and campaign strategy to support CellsBin’s growth

Qualification

Required

1+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within life sciences, biotech, or a high-growth SaaS environment
Domain experience in cell therapy preferred
Strong written communication skills; demonstrated experience writing marketing copy (email, web, or social)
Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving, startup environment
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to pitch in where needed
Curious, coachable, and eager to grow

Preferred

Experience supporting scientific or technical marketing campaigns
Knowledge of biotech/life sciences industry trends
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) or lead generation tactics
