Sales Engineer
Advisor360° is a leading SaaS platform in the fintech space that transforms how wealth management firms operate. They are seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with Account Executives in helping prospective clients understand how their platform solves challenges and supports workflows throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to lead discovery conversations, identify client needs, and develop compelling solution strategies
Deliver high-impact, customized product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Translate complex client requirements into practical solution configurations leveraging the Advisor360° platform
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Solutions teams to ensure technical viability and successful solution alignment
Contribute to Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, solution documentation, and manage the demo environment setup
Serve as the internal and external expert on the platform's capabilities, including integrations, APIs, and security protocols
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and typical client workflows
Qualification
Required
5+ years in enterprise consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales engineering, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
Deep understanding of business processes, operations, and workflow optimization
Proven ability to design data models and integrations (APIs, ETL processes), especially with systems such as CRMs, ERPs, OMSs, and Portfolio Management Systems
Demonstrated skill in writing clear business and technical requirements and translating them into prototypes or Proofs of Concept (POCs)
Hands-on experience with configuring, testing, and iterating SaaS solutions
Strong enterprise sales presence, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and effectively support long sales cycles
A fast learner who can quickly and confidently adapt to new industries and use cases
Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven, capable of managing multiple engagements concurrently with clarity
Strong executive presence with excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience in regulated industries, such as insurance or financial services
Strong ability to fluently discuss architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
Fluent in SQL, advanced Excel skills ('wizardry'), or Python scripting. Experience with prompt engineering is a plus
Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning (ML), and automation concepts
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern software development workflows
