Vitro Architectural Glass is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer (Maintenance) to join their Carlisle, PA facility. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and performance of plant equipment, supporting production goals, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide electrical engineering support for maintenance and installation of plant equipment
Lead and manage projects involving process control systems, power distribution, and equipment upgrades
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve electrical and process control needs
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets
Participate in monthly safety meetings and promote a culture of safety and quality

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with an engineering degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of engineering principles, control systems, and process automation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods

Preferred

Proficiency in computer programming for process control is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
