Qualification
Required
Two years of post-secondary education and be enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in business, accounting, math, or a related field in the greater Baton Rouge, Louisiana area
Possess strong self-awareness and computing skills
Able to work independently but enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members who will be working closely with you
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen, and problem-solve with minimal assistance
Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
The ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
Preferred
Experience working in insurance or wealth management in an practice setting is absolutely not required
