Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs
Build lasting relationships by delivering 5-star customer service from first contact to after the sale
Guide customers through the buying process with transparency and professionalism
Follow up with leads (phone, text, email) and maintain ongoing communication
Present additional products such as service plans, warranties, and accessories
Qualification
Required
Positive, energetic, and coachable team players
Strong communication and people skills — no sales experience required!
Self-motivated with the drive to achieve and exceed goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Valid driver's license
