Responsibilities
Implement comprehensive sales strategies for company growth
Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on regional accounts and major clients
Build, recruit, and train a team of Business Development professionals across various markets
Identify and evaluate potential regional targets for expansion and develop entry strategies
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team
Adjust sales strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in staffing or recruiting
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel and light industrial sectors
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and establish regional accounts
Experience in building and leading teams of business development professionals
Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
Excellent presentation and communication skills for preparing and presenting sales reports to the executive team
Ability to adjust sales strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends
