Responsibilities

Lead and execute the entire testing process, including creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports

Participate in risk analysis, verification & validation (V&V) activities for FDA SaMD software applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, development, quality, and regulatory affairs) to gather and analyze software requirements

Develop and maintain robust automated and manual test suites using languages like Python or Java and test frameworks like Selenium or Cypress to build and maintain end-to-end automation tests

Perform cross-browser and cross-platform manual testing for front-end web applications

Execute manual functional testing for backend services

Perform end-to-end User Acceptance Testing(UAT) as per test plans to validate user flows, functional requirements, and user experience

Integrate test automation into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins

Serve as a subject matter expert on software quality and compliance, mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices

Analyze test results, document defects, verify bug fixes, and ensure systems meet business requirements

Manage defects, track issues, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution

Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on product usability and quality
