Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive profitable growth while achieving revenue and market share targets

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and best in class relationship development practices

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in an increasingly complex and dynamic market environment

Maximize opportunity with strategic accounts while carefully balancing distribution and channel conflict

Provide overarching go-to market and sales strategy support to the General Manager

Deeply engage with sales leadership in other Rheem Business Units to leverage Rheem’s portfolio
