They are seeking a highly motivated CEI Project Manager to oversee transportation construction projects, manage contracts, control budgets, and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities
Serving as the project manager on transportation construction projects
Assisting in managing current and prospective CEI contracts
Controlling project budgets, scopes, and schedules
Developing and maintaining professional relationships with current and prospective clients
Leading proposals, scopes of work and fee estimates
Site visits to construction projects; recruiting, mentoring, and managing project assigned CEI staff
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience with 2 of the 10 years at the project management level
OR, if no degree 14+ years of relevant experience including two years at the project management level
A valid driver's license and some travel will be required
Preferred
A PE license in any state with ability to obtain in South Carolina within six months of start date
Experience serving as the project manager/resident engineer on SCDOT projects
Experience managing CEI projects, professional staff and inspection staff
