HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING & OPERATIONS ANALYST II
The University of Alabama at Birmingham is seeking an HR Operations Analyst II to join their HRIS team. This role involves managing training and operations for HR systems, providing support and analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulations while enhancing system utilization through training and documentation.

Responsibilities
Administer and troubleshoot HR administrative systems, including system issues, end-user support, and testing
Perform data analysis to inform decision-making and drive operational effectiveness
Lead process improvements and system modifications, from design and development through testing, documentation, and compliance
Apply business operations acumen to ensure systems and processes align with organizational goals, policies, and regulatory requirements
Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met
Create comprehensive training documentation and conduct webinars to enhance user knowledge, compliance, and effective system utilization
Collaborate with HR and IT teams on issue resolution, policy interpretation, training needs, and special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field
Five (5) years of related experience required
Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement
Preferred
Proficient in data analysis
Anticipate and resolve potential problems
Have some experience in process analysis and improvements
Project leadership
Business/Operations Analysis and Improvement
Strong collaboration skills
Be willing to go above and beyond and play an essential role in UAB HR's continued advancement
