The Quality Intern will support the Quality Assurance team by assisting with audits, data analysis, and documentation review to ensure product and process quality, while gaining hands-on experience in quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Supports the Quality Assurance team in executing quality-related tasks and initiatives
Assists with documentation review, data collection, and analysis to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer expectations
Participates in quality improvement projects, providing support in planning, tracking, and reporting progress
Gains exposure to quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
Prepare and present project updates and findings to QA and company leadership
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in quality, science, or other STEM related field
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw conclusions
Ability to communicate clearly through both written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools
Attention to detail, able to document accurately and carefully review records
Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting with time also spent in an office setting
Frequent walking and standing required
Occasional travel required
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
