Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of technology-focused projects across cloud, data, software, and platform domains
Collaborate with clients to define scope, objectives, and success metrics, translating business needs into actionable delivery plans
Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Facilitate team collaboration, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and transparency
Leverage AI tools and techniques (e.g., generative AI for documentation, predictive analytics for risk management, automation for reporting) to accelerate delivery and improve quality
Contribute to Slalom’s delivery excellence by applying best practices and continuously improving delivery processes
Support business development efforts through scoping, estimation, and proposal contributions
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in consulting or enterprise environments
Proven ability to deliver technology solutions across diverse industries and client environments
Strong understanding of agile and traditional delivery methodologies
Experience using AI-enabled tools to streamline delivery workflows and enhance team productivity
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Preferred
Experience within travel/leisure, hospitality
PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications are a plus
Advanced degree preferred
