Responsibilities

Develop Messaging: shape and execute Floodbase’s messaging strategy by identifying and crafting the stories that help customers realize they have uncovered flood risk and help carriers understand the gap in the market they need to serve

Create Promotional Content: write clear and compelling case studies, copy, and content to showcase Floodbase’s successes within the flood insurance market, turning complex concepts and stories into a compelling narrative to drive market action and drive growth

Engage Press & Media: promote Floodbase’s brand in popular and trade outlets, choosing channels strategically to ensure that Floodbase’s voice is clear, timely, and impactful

Manage Digital Media Presence: Oversee Floodbase’s online presence, including website content, newsletters, and social media platforms like LinkedIn, to maximize visibility and engagement

Required
