Director of New Media Sales & Partnerships

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities with digital-first clients (advertisers, digital agencies, publishers, ad tech platforms, etc.)
Build and manage a strong, consistent sales pipeline to drive AD-ID adoption
Extend AD-ID’s reach by onboarding accounts not currently leveraging AD-ID, particularly within the digital ecosystem
Consistently exceed sales goals and revenue targets
Maintain deep knowledge of client business landscapes and industry challenges, positioning AD-ID as the solution to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Educate new and existing clients on AD-ID best practices and product value
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across the industry
Represent AD-ID’s value proposition across the digital advertising ecosystem with confidence and clarity
Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines
Collaborate across teams; demonstrate strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Required

5–10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
Extensive sales experience and relationships across digital media, digital and connected video, and ad tech that can be leveraged to build new pipelines, partnerships, and engagements
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate industry needs into AD-ID opportunities
Demonstrated ability to secure new clients through partnerships, contracts, and consultative selling
Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, ad operations, and AD-ID's role in digital workflows
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and driven self-starter with creative problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree required
Willingness to travel as needed
