The consultant will be responsible for configuring Google Workspace MFA, enabling OAuth logins for various applications, and providing documentation and training for administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Configure Google Workspace MFA, security settings
Enable Google OAuth login for Slack, Zoom, Trello, GitHub, 1Password, Sync.com
Support / advise on pfSense VPN Secure LDAP setup (with internal network admin)
Integrate FileMaker & Synology NAS with Google OAuth / LDAP
Provide documentation, admin training, and handover
Deliver a clear recommendation for Phase 2 (Okta / centralized IAM)
Working OAuth / login configuration for apps
Configuration documentation + diagrams
Admin user guide & training
Phase 2 recommendation document
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Google Workspace as identity provider
OAuth2 / OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP knowledge
Past work integrating SaaS tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello, GitHub, FileMaker, etc.)
Familiarity with or awareness of VPN auth (pfSense / Secure LDAP)
Excellent documentation and communication skill
Complete the criminal background check and the FOIPPA course
Install NinjaOne for computer patching, and SentinelOne for security
