They are seeking a dual-role Server and Brand Ambassador who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting the brand, and ensuring a memorable experience for guests.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Offer the entirety of our tea menu throughout the course of the tour
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu accurately and efficiently
Ensure guest satisfaction by engaging with our visitors throughout their dining experience
Clear tables and reset them completely and efficiently to prepare for next guests and multiple trips/day
Collaborate and communicate with other team members to ensure exemplary guest service
Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner
Checking and scanning guests' tickets and directing guests to the bus
Informing guests about departure times, location of stops, and other needed information
Collect guest information to assist in resolving customer service-related issues and concerns
Coordinate with and support colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to execute the day-to-day operations
Be responsible for company equipment
Promote a culture of positivity
Monitor the safety of employees and guests
Conduct and submit various reports as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is strongly preferred
Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficial
Exemplary time management skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for travel, tourism, and exploring new destinations
Ability work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with the potential for remote or offsite assignments
Preferred
Professional food service, customer service and hospitality backgrounds are STRONGLY preferred
Knowledge of Chicago, IL attractions, landmarks, and tourist hotspots is strongly preferred
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality and marketing is advantageous but not required
