TopView Group is seeking a reliable and skilled Bike Mechanic to join their team near Central Park. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, performance, and reliability of the bike fleet, including standard bikes, e-bikes, and scooters, while providing maintenance and roadside assistance.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair standard bicycles, scooters, and electric bikes
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on fleet equipment
Provide roadside assistance in and around Central Park as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked repair station
Log and track repairs and service updates accurately
Distribute bikes if needed
Communicate effectively with rental staff and management to ensure timely service
Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a professional demeanor with customers
