Customer Service Representative/Visual Communications Assistant
FASTSIGNS is a global leader in the sign industry with over 700 locations worldwide. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the initial contact for customers, building relationships and providing assistance through various communication channels.
Printing
Responsibilities
Prepare estimates and implement work orders
Ensure timely delivery of finished orders
Participate in daily team meetings
Execute business and marketing plans
Qualification
Required
A High school diploma or GED
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong customer services and sales skills
Consultative sales experience is a plus
Good computer skills
Some experience using Adobe Illustrator is a plus
Experience with basic hand tools and light power equipment
Able to lift 50 or more pounds
Able to sit or stand for long periods while viewing a computer screen
Able to work under pressure to output high volume, high quality work
Reliable transportation
A valid driver's license
A good driving record
