InternObserver Media is seeking an Events Intern for their Commercial Observer division, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and coordination. The intern will assist the Events team in creating memorable experiences while developing practical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and logistics including creating event timelines, schedules and production plans of future events as well as using the following platforms:
Opportunity to attend on-site venue tours and support the events team with in-person and virtual Commercial Observer events
Assist in maintaining accurate guest lists and registrations
Contribute to post-event evaluations and feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels and brainstorm social media content
Aid in administrative tasks related to events including documentation and record-keeping
Qualification
Required
Eligible for college credit
Ability to spend at least one full day per week at our Manhattan office or onsite at NYC events; there may be opportunities to do some work remotely
Passion for event programming and coordinating
Basic understanding of G-Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn quickly
Desire to take on responsibility and provide creative suggestions
