Prepare individualized written evaluation reports including NASIS Summary Reports within required timeframes

Provide monthly activity and case load reports and maintain timely invoicing and documentation submissions
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
Active School Psychologist license from a state licensing board or National Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) certification. (State licensure for Arizona must be acquired within 1 year if not already held.)
Minimum of five years of school-based psychology experience
