Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex, large-scale technical programs with multiple interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery timelines
Define program scopes, stage gates, critical paths, and key deliverables while securing commitments from cross-functional teams
Translate product requirements into technical designs, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure scalable, high-availability solutions
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve ambiguities, and drive clarity across program teams to maintain progress and quality outcomes
Establish and improve scalable workflows, automation frameworks, and operational excellence practices across initiatives
Communicate program status, risks, and impacts effectively to stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making
Mentor team members on best practices in program management, technical design
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
8 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement across complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong technical expertise in systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, and software/hardware lifecycle management
Proven ability to translate product requirements into scalable technical designs and ensure operational excellence through monitoring and incident management
Skilled in Agile methodologies, program planning tools, and frameworks to drive delivery of large-scale technology programs
Exceptional communication skills to align stakeholders and provide clear, data-driven progress updates
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency and quality outcomes
Preferred
Certification in Project Management
Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years' experience in product design
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture
