They are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Event Technical Specialist II to oversee audio/visual equipment, assist in event logistics, and provide technical support during live events.

Responsibilities
Oversee the check-in/check-out and maintenance of audio/visual equipment to ensure optimal functionality
Assist in the preparation and loading of equipment onto trucks for events, ensuring safe and efficient transport
Participate in load-in, load-out, delivery, and pick-up processes, providing technical support during live events
Leverage the Current RMS rental management system to manage equipment rental processes effectively
Contribute to the development and documentation of new processes to support business growth and evolving roles
Utilize interoffice communication tools effectively to collaborate with team members
Manage shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing of deliveries
Monitor shop supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain operational readiness
Operate a 16' 26' box truck; a valid driver's license is required
Perform technical support duties across sound, video, lighting, and backline for live event production
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to foster a safe and efficient working environment
Qualification
Required
