Responsibilities
Developing an understanding of company operations and reporting tools/practices
Assisting with management and executive presentations
Tackling robust projects that provide practical experience
Conducting market research and data collection to improve market and competitive intelligence
Compiling or assisting with business analytics, research, data gathering, and financial analysis
Providing financial support to departments
Assisting with day-to-day accounting functions
Supporting the quarterly close process
Completing ad-hoc and specialized projects
Participating in an intern group project (e.g., SWOT analysis on an emerging technology)
Explore and apply AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to automate workflows, boost productivity, and extract insights from financial data
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Must be available for 11–14 weeks during Summer 2026 (May–September)
Expected graduation date of November 2026 or later
Strong interest in corporate finance and/or accounting
Proficient with MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with AI-enhanced productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot
Preferred
Candidates actively pursuing a degree with an anticipated graduation between November 2026 and June 2027
Interest in Qualcomm's 3-year Finance Rotation Program post-graduation
Experience in research, data gathering, and financial analysis
Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Oracle)
Academic or project experience in financial modeling or reporting
