Scope and fee development and subsequent management of subsurface investigations
The ability to manage and troubleshoot soils-related issues
Engineering analysis, calculations, recommendations
The writing, preparation, and review of reports and proposals for the services provided
Provide mentoring and leadership for your team
Ensure safety rules and practices are followed
Assist in the planning, research and evaluation of new market areas
Sensitive to business interests and profitability
Qualification
Required
BS Degree in civil engineering
PE required
Proven business development skills
At least 5 years of experience in geotechnical explorations and construction observation and testing
Preferred
MS Degree in geotechnical engineering
