Provides technical assistance to the surgeon/physician during surgical intervention under the supervision of the RN
Participates in the rendering of patient care under the direction of the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse or Registered Nurse

Qualification

Licensed Surgical Tech DiplomaBLS CPR CertificationAccredited Surgical Technology Course CertificatePatient CareTeamwork

Required

Licensed Surgical Tech Diploma (must pass Diploma/graduation test)
American Heart Association Basic Life Support BLS CPR Certification
Accredited Surgical Technology Course Certificate CST within 24 months of hire
