Responsibilities
Join the 4th through 8th year associate class for its Real Estate Finance group
Have significant broad-based commercial real estate finance experience
Engage in both lender and borrower side representation
Handle a broad range of sophisticated transactions including senior mortgage loans, construction loans, leverage loans, mezzanine financing, preferred debt and equity investments and A-Note and co-lender transactions
Work with a diverse range of clients including commercial banks, private debt funds, private equity investors, insurance companies, REITs, developers and other participants in the real estate investment market
First chair transactions and run deals with the support of the team
Demonstrate strong drafting and communication skills and work well with colleagues and clients
Qualification
Required
Significant broad-based commercial real estate finance experience
Experience or desire to first chair transactions and run deals
