Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications for the Epicor ERP system

Configure and maintain the Epicor system to meet changing business needs and processes

Provide technical support to users, addressing issues and facilitating resolutions in a timely manner

Conduct user training sessions to enhance understanding and utilization of the Epicor system

Engage in system integration activities to ensure seamless operation with other business applications

Perform data analysis and reporting to provide insights and drive informed decision-making

Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes for any custom development or enhancements in Epicor

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions accordingly

Document processes, configurations, and system changes for future reference and compliance
