Responsibilities

Identifying organisations that could become tenants in Málaga, developing that potential and converting it into leases

Closing deals by negotiating and signing lease agreements

Managing the tenant portfolio and driving revenue growth

Building and maintaining strong relationships and alliances with stakeholders in the Málaga region

Overseeing property operations (OPEX) to ensure smooth daily management

Playing a leading role in defining, monitoring and refining effective campaigns for our target audiences

Supporting reporting, forecasts and business plans, while contributing to the development of an active community around our buildings
