Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound and related diagnostic procedures

Qualification

Echocardiography certificationARDMS certificationBLS certificationDiagnostic Medical SonographyAttention to detailProficient communication

Required

Must meet the education requirement for Echocardiography Sonographer certification with either CCI or ARDMS
RCS or RDCS with CCI or RCVT with ARDMS certification within 12 months of hire
American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required
Job requires standing for prolonged periods
frequently bending/stooping
traveling, driving (occasionally for outreach clinics)
reaching (overhead, extensive, and repetitive)
Repetitive motion: Manipulation of ultrasound transducer
Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills
Attention to detail and ability to write legibly
Ability to lift/push/pull 100lbs
May be exposed to chemicals, radiation, and blood/body fluids disease

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred
2 years relevant experience preferred
