Responsibilities
Measure and prepare surfaces for carpet installation
Install carpet using appropriate tools and techniques
Remove old flooring when necessary

Ensure proper padding and seam placement
Clean work areas and ensure a tidy finish
Communicate with customers and team members professionally
Assist the mitigation team as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience installing carpet (minimum 4 years)
Familiar with all types of carpet and installation methods
Ability to lift heavy materials and kneel for extended periods
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management and communication skills
