Own the entire product design process: user journeys, interaction design, and visual language
Partner with engineering and product to bring complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
Build a cohesive design system that will scale across products
Shape and nurture the design culture at FurtherAI
Work in-person from our San Francisco office (5 day week)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in product design
Proven ability to turn complex user problems into elegant solutions
Strong communication skills - able to clearly explain design decisions
Drive, grit, and ownership
Preferred
5+ years designing products
Experience in consumer/prosumer startups
