As a Launch Engineer, you will onboard new merchants, support custom-built solutions, and resolve technical challenges while ensuring a smooth transition for customers migrating their data to the Skio Platform.

Responsibilities
Onboard new merchants
Provide best practices support for custom-built solutions
Resolve any technical challenges involving the Skio Platform
Guide customers throughout their Skio journey
Migrate customer and subscription data from other platforms to Skio
Support customers with Shopify theme edits and storefront integrations
Qualification
Required
Experience with Typescript / Javascript
Solid experience with SQL-based database
Linux / Unix administration skills
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Technical degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Ideally, experience with Shopify space and frontend experience
