Responsibilities

Assisting the Investor Success team in providing world-class support to our users

Helping investors navigate complex tasks like tax documents, payment processing, and returns

Create and refine internal tools, templates, and systems to improve efficiency

Supporting product development in investor-related areas

Jumping in wherever the team needs

Required

You're enrolled or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program

You live in the Bay Area or can move here for the duration of your internship

Founder mindset. We want people who are able to tackle difficult problems on their own and proactively look for new ways to improve Wefunder. In other words: You can just figure it out

Learn quickly. There are tons of details to learn; securities regulations are quite complex and things change fast around here. You must be able to absorb and retain a lot of facts quickly

Organization and attention to detail. It's important that no balls get dropped when dealing with multiple projects and stakeholders

Strong people skills. You should have a talent for making people feel instantly comfortable, heard, and understood
