Digital Banking Platform Analyst
Bradesco Bank is seeking a Digital Banking Platform Analyst to optimize workflows and enhance account servicing performance as they scale their digital banking platform. The role involves leading operational process design, managing customer account issues, and collaborating with various teams to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and documentation of scalable, automated operational processes
Own day-to-day customer account issues & activities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, and Support to drive efficiency
Reduce friction in high-volume, high-risk workflows through proactive problem mapping
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience in customer operations, relationship management, or client success within a digital banking, fintech, or financial services environment
Demonstrated track record managing customer accounts, resolving service issues, and delivering excellent client experience
Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and customer onboarding/servicing workflows
Familiarity with KYC/AML processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
Proven ability to manage sensitive customer situations with empathy and efficiency
