Responsibilities
Contribute to impactful projects supporting trading, compliance, treasury, and trade operations
Build, maintain, and enhance trade flow applications and reporting tools as part of the Core Development team
Design, develop, and support OMS and EMS workflows across multiple asset classes, integrating vendor systems with in-house applications
Extend vendor OMS/EMS functionality through custom augmentations and targeted systems for treasury, compliance, and trade operations workflows
Collaborate with senior developers and technology teams to deliver components of a unified, scalable trade platform
Develop solutions leveraging SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)
Support modernization of legacy systems by migrating them to AWS and Snowflake under guidance
Provide hands-on support for OMS/EMS platforms during market hours and end-of-day processes, with occasional after-hours coverage
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of hands-on development and support of Order Management and Execution Management Systems
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C#, Python) and advanced SQL skills
Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native development
Solid grounding in data structures, memory management, and concurrency
Ability to build intuitive and performant UIs with frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
Strong background in SQL Server and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
Ability to partner directly with traders, operations, and other business teams, and to explain complex ideas clearly
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, balancing project delivery with production support
Preferred
Knowledge of asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, Options, and Futures
Effective use of AI tools to improve the development cycle
