Responsibilities
Define the product vision for Quant Investment Sciences and investment quality systems
Define the research and AI/ML strategy for tax-smart optimization, risk modeling, and UMA product innovation
Partner with portfolio researchers to analyze and report optimization performance along with recommending product definition
Collaborate with JPM partners, consulting, sales and marketing partners to create investment collateral and investment dashboards for periodic reviews
Define the AI/ML roadmap, including model training and deployment pipelines. Collaborate with different user personas to build a backlog of potential use cases
Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data pipelines meet model training and compliance needs
Act as the primary product liaison between Quant Investment Sciences, Research, Development and Platform teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field; CFA or FRM designation preferred
7+ years in product management, quantitative research, or portfolio analytics within asset/wealth management or FinTech
Experience building products with quantitative research, engineering, and trading teams; proficiency in Python or data analytics tools a plus
Excellent communication skills to explain complex quantitative concepts to non-quant stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field is preferred
CFA or FRM designation preferred
