Invariant Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated Integration and Test Engineer with more than 8 years' experience to lead the hands-on integration of hardware and software. The role involves developing integration and test plans, executing test events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Support the development of integration and test plans, procedures, and schedules in accordance with program requirements and MIL-STDs

Generate test plans ensuring test objectives and requirements are met

Conduct integration of hardware, software, and firmware components at the subsystem and system levels

Execute test events in lab, hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL), and field/range environments

Collect, analyze, and document test data; support root-cause analysis of anomalies and issues

Ensure proper configuration control of test assets and maintain alignment with system baselines

Assist in requirements verification and validation (V&V), ensuring traceability throughout the test process

Interface with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, systems, safety, and manufacturing) to resolve integration challenges

Required

Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or related engineering field with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience

Active Secret Clearance

Proof of U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for positions requiring a Security Clearance

Familiarity with C-UAS operations

Familiarity with weapons systems

Familiarity with Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) systems

Sitting for extended periods of time at desk, in telecoms/meetings with peers, management

Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs

Ability to use stairs for access between floors and multiple buildings at customer worksites and Invariant facilities during travel
